The procedure and its risks, benefits, and alternatives were
discussed with the patient. Verbal and written consent was
obtained.
A time-out was performed to confirm the correct patient, correct
site, and correct procedure.

A drainage catheter was placed over a wire following tract
dilatation.

Extravasation is seen from the gallbladder suggesting
gallbladder necrosis or rupture
Successful placement of percutaneous cholecystostomy tube. At the
conclusion of the procedure there is collapse of the gallbladder around the
tube.
The patient tolerated the procedure well and left the interventional
suite in stable condition.
The patient left the interventional suite in unstable/guarded
condition.
